Justice Procaccini Presents at Workers’ Compensation Institute CLE

Today, Justice Karl Procaccini presented at the Minnesota CLE 2024 Workers’ Compensation Institute in Minneapolis. The program is an opportunity for workers’ compensation practitioners to learn from colleagues and judges. Justice Procaccini spoke as part of a panel of judges speaking about the stages of a workers’ compensation claim, from the Office of Administrative Hearings, to the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals, to final review at the Minnesota Supreme Court.
